Excellent progress in your line work, Gustavo! Great job of overlapping the legs of the frog and the tires over the truck's engine. Overlapping shows depth of space in your drawing. Nice work in drawing accurate proportions. View the reference picture for the monster truck. Are the proportions (sizes of shapes compared to other shapes) of the truck body and tires accurate? You focused at the end of class to draw an awesome lizard!! Great job of including the textures of its skin and the wood. The proportions are very well drawn. Cool facial expressions. :-)



Drawing Challenge: Aztec God Tonatiuh
If you have time, here's a little challenge to do this week: Use lines, shapes, and tones (black and grays) to Draw the Face of the Aztec god Tonatiuh. Take time to look for the dark outlines of the shapes. Start by drawing light guidelines for the shapes, and then draw darker outlines to finish.
